wayne residence

Above Left: A main hallway runs the length of the house following the arching shape of the house. The custom console table sofas in the living room mirror the curve of the house.

Above Right: River rock placed on both sides of the glass walls give the illusion of the interior and exterior spaces flowing together seamlessly. The living room looks out across unimpeded views of the Sonoran Desert and Desert Mountains.

Right: Vibrant purples and a screaming fuchsia stripe across the area rug accent the neutral color palette of the interior spaces. Recycled aluminum panels clad the basalt fireplace wall. Rich magenta custom cabinets and a black cherry granite counter top are complimented by lucite barstools. A floating eating counter by Flux Design Studio offers a place take in the beauty of the site's natural surroundings.

Above Left: An arrangement of shimmering glass masses accent a splashy violet wall. Basalt clad walls provide bold contrast to the airy glass walls opening the rooms to their desert surroundings.

Above Right: Meltdown glass panels hang down the curving main hallway of the house. A glass wine room displays the owner's wine collection

Left: A perfectly circular negative-edge swimming pool serves as the focal point for the exterior patio and entertaining space. Our third curving shaped house, this one differs from the others in that the main spaces focus inward instead of radiating outwards. This allows for added privacy and strategically capitalizes on the sites dramatic views.
